Was directed to Mr. Sater by accident trying to figure out a claim from Orlando. He was extremely personable. He went above in beyond in his customer service providing me with the correct phone number to claims and taking the time to explain Florida laws and insurance as I’m not from here and it was my first fender bender. Let me just emphasize that he is not my agent. I don’t even hold a policy with Statefarm. His customer service exceeded my expectations as the last person had told me to just look it up on Google.
