"Was directed to Mr. Sater by accident trying to figure out a claim from Orlando. He was extremely personable. He went above in beyond in his customer service providing me with the correct phone number to claims and taking the time to explain Florida laws and insurance as I’m not from here and it was my first fender bender. Let me just emphasize that he is not my agent. I don’t even hold a policy with Statefarm. His customer service exceeded my expectations as the last person had told me to just look it up on Google. Happy google accidentally sent me to Mr. Sater."

"Whoever picked up- the lady acted like I was of bother when i asked for an auto quote. I continued to let her take my info in hopes for a competitive rate but her phone skills were very cold and unwelcoming. After my first and only phone call to this office- I've learned they definitely won't earn my business."

"You raised my car insurance and actually told me the price of everything else is going up and to go “look at the price of eggs”. When I said I’ll be shopping around he said “good luck with that, let me know what you find” 22 years and incident free. They should work on their phone skills."
